 I install and replace all main types of natural gas boilers — combi, system and heat-only. After a quick survey, I’ll confirm what’s suitable for your home and what the job involves. 


 No — I only work on natural gas boilers. 


 Most straightforward replacements are completed in one day, including commissioning and paperwork.
If the job needs extra work — such as changes to pipework, flue adjustments or system upgrades — it can take longer. I’ll let you know in advance so you know exactly what to expect. . 


  Yes — the old boiler and any associated waste can be removed and disposed of as part of the job.
Where practical, I’ll also tidy or improve any accessible pipework during the installation so the system is safer, neater and works as it should. Anything more involved will always be discussed and agreed beforehand. 


 Yes — I commission the boiler, complete the Benchmark, and register it with the manufacturer and Building Control where required. All paperwork is provided for your records and warranty.
