Landlords must have all gas appliances, pipework and flues in their properties checked every 12 months by a Gas Safe registered engineer. After the inspection, I issue a Gas Safety Certificate (CP12) and email it to you and your tenant. I’ll remind you before it expires so you stay compliant.
