What does a service include?

- The service is fully transparent. A basic service covers the essential checks and maintenance; if your boiler would benefit from a full strip-down or deep clean, I’ll explain why and price it separately. No hidden extras and no upselling.
- You receive all paperwork before I leave — whether that’s a service record, CP12 certificate or inspection notes. Everything is completed properly and ready for your compliance or personal records.
